Tsinandali Estate — Brut
Raise a glass to history — and let the bubbles do the talking. From the legendary Tsinandali Estate, where Georgian wine was first bottled over two centuries ago, comes this exceptional blanc de blanc sparkling wine — a wine that brings together three of Georgia's most elegant native white grape varieties in a celebration of Georgian viticulture at its most refined and joyful. Crisp, floral and beautifully precise, this is a sparkling wine with a story as effervescent as the wine itself.
Grape Variety A distinguished blend of three indigenous Georgian white grapes — Mtsvane, Tsolikouri and Tetra — each contributing its own unique character to this elegant blanc de blanc. Mtsvane brings delicate florals and aromatic lift, Tsolikouri adds roundness and citrus freshness, while Tetra contributes structure and a clean, mineral backbone. Together they create a sparkling wine of real complexity and Georgian soul.
Taste Profile Pale and luminous in the glass, with a fine, persistent chain of bubbles that speaks to the quality of the base wine. The nose is fresh and inviting — lemon, lime, grapefruit and crisp green apple dancing together with delicate floral notes from the Mtsvane grape. On the palate the wine is bright and lively, with a pleasant, well-balanced acidity that carries the citrus fruit beautifully through to a clean, long and refreshing finish. Elegant, precise and completely Georgian.
Craftsmanship Handpicked from the historic vineyards of Tsinandali Estate in Kakheti — the birthplace of bottled Georgian wine — this 2020 Brut is produced using classic European sparkling wine techniques that preserve the natural freshness and aromatic complexity of all three native grape varieties. A blanc de blanc in the truest sense — white grapes, white wine, pure expression.
Serving Suggestions Best served well chilled at 10–12°C. A magnificent aperitif and a natural companion to oysters, fresh seafood, sushi and light canapés. Also outstanding alongside soft cheeses and delicate Georgian appetisers. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Alcohol: 12.5% — 750ml.
