Winiveria Chacha Amber
If the white Chacha is Georgia's fire — this is Georgia's gold. Aged in oak barrels until it takes on its signature warm amber colour and a depth of character that sets it worlds apart from its unaged counterpart, Winiveria's Amber Chacha is a spirit of extraordinary refinement and complexity. The raw, fierce energy of traditional Chacha is still there — but time in the barrel has softened its edges, deepened its soul and added layers of warmth, spice and oak that transform it into something truly special. This is Chacha for those who appreciate the finer things.
What is Chacha? Chacha is Georgia's iconic pomace brandy — distilled from the grape skins, seeds and stems remaining after winemaking, in a tradition that stretches back centuries. While white Chacha is drunk young and fierce, amber Chacha takes a longer, slower journey — resting in oak barrels that gradually shape it into a spirit of real elegance and distinction. Think of it as Georgia's answer to aged grappa — or a Georgian brandy with attitude.
Character Warm, glowing amber in the glass — instantly inviting and deeply aromatic. The nose is rich and complex, with notes of vanilla, dried fruit, warm oak spice and the unmistakable grape-driven soul of Georgian pomace. On the palate the spirit is smooth, rounded and warming — the barrel ageing softening the natural intensity of the Chacha into something beautifully balanced, long-finishing and deeply satisfying. A spirit to be sipped slowly and savoured completely.
Craftsmanship Distilled from the finest grape pomace of Winiveria's Kakheti harvest and aged in oak barrels — a patient and deliberate process that elevates traditional Chacha into a premium aged spirit. Every bottle reflects Winiveria's dedication to Georgian tradition and their belief that the best spirits, like the best wines, cannot be rushed. The result is one of the most refined and characterful aged Chacha expressions available outside Georgia.
Serving Suggestions Best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a tulip or brandy glass to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity. Also exceptional over a single large ice cube. Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, cured meats and baklava. An outstanding digestif and a truly memorable gift. Alcohol: 40–50% — 750ml.
